Michael Pfeiffer and Sarah Lentz launched Drumlin Supper Club in 2018 with the simple goal of bringing people together over delicious foods. In addition to their supper club, Michael and Sarah are part of a small team that runs a nonprofit in Burlington, WI called Rustic Falls Nature Camp. Rustic Falls is located on what used to be an old dairy farm, “Drumlin Farm.” When naming their supper club, Sarah and Michael wanted a way to connect the supper club to their non-profit organization. Much of the produce Drumlin Supper Club utilizes in their dinners and cooking classes is grown and sourced from their organic garden located at Rustic Falls.

We invite you to join Chef Michael and Sarah in the garden for this one of a kind, farm to table cooking class. Students will meet at Rustic Falls and class will begin in the garden. We will pick our own produce and fresh herbs. Chef Michael will walk students through some gardening basics and the importance of being connected to where our food is coming from.

Then the class will move into the kitchen and the cooking portion of the class will begin. Students will work together to create a unique, seasonally inspired menu. Our menu is designed to improve your skills in the kitchen, challenge you, and most importantly to inspire you to keep cooking long after the class is over.
