Join us for a one-night-only collaborative dinner from Cecil Rodriguez of Fatcap Chicago and Michael Pfeiffer of Drumlin Supper Club.

Cecil and Michael first met in 2017 while working in kitchens together. Since then, both have carved out their own paths in Chicago’s underground dining scene — building supper clubs rooted in creativity, collaboration, and community.

For one night, they’re bringing that spirit to the table with After Hours — a six-course dining experience designed to feel less like restaurant service and more like the meals chefs make once the doors are closed. The menu (shhh, it’s a secret) will celebrate their shared history, evolving styles, and a mutual love of thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking.

Expect bold flavors, a few surprises, and a room full of people who love good food and good company.

We are so happy to be heading back to The Liars Club to kick off our 2026 Drumlin Supper Club dinner series — a space that has always felt a little bit like home to us.
