as Chef Michael walks us through the basic principals and techniques behind the art of making Ramen. Learn more about the different types of ramen and the ingredients behind each one.
The foundation to the perfect bowl of ramen is the broth. Students will learn about the basics of broth making. The second most important puzzle piece to a delicious bowl of ramen is in the noodle. Students will make their own noodles from scratch. Then everyone will be able to customize their own bowl by choosing from a wide variety of fresh ingredients.

The Tiny Dinner
We are excited to announce the second event in our new dinner series: The Tiny Dinners. Gather around our dining room table for an intimate, musically influenced dining experience. This dinner concept is inspired by NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert Series. Each course of our four course menu will be influenced by one of our favorite Tiny Desk Concerts. This month’s inspiration lineup will be:
Course one: Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals
Course Two: Tedeschi Trucks Band
Course Three: Tank and the Bangas
Course Four: Natalia Lafourcade
Soulful and creative. Playful and passionate. That is the thread that runs through all of these performances and a thread that will run through our menu on November 21st.
Our main goal is to make our guests feel welcome. Whether you flying solo or coming with a group of friends, we promise to make all of our guests feel a part of our little Drumlin Supper Club Family. We hope to dine with you soon!

Rustic Fair at Rustic Falls
We are excited to be back at Rustic Falls Nature Camp this September for their annual Rustic Fair fundraiser.
Rustic Falls Nature Camp is a non profit located in Burlington, WI. Rustic Falls is a customized camp experience for small groups. The goal is to create unique outdoor experiences for children and their families. Each camp is tailored to the special needs of each group.
Rustic Falls Nature Camp strives to offer a safe, nurturing environment that provides recreational and educational activities to enhance the lives of everyone who visits.
We will be back at the Rustic Fair this year to serve up some of our famous BBQ (including the ever so popular pulled pork!) This is a day that is really fun for the whole family and a great way to spend a Sunday. We hope to see you there!

Local Foods Sunday Supper Club Pop-Up
We are excited to be partnering with Local Foods in Wicker Park to present the 2nd event in their new Sunday Supper Club Series.
Together we will be presenting: The Terracotta Dinner. The word terracotta, meaning “baked earth” in Italian, offering the inspiration for a dinner focused on bringing locally sourced, farm focused, rustic elements to the table. This five course menu will feature some of the season’s best produce in an imaginative, Italian influenced way.
Menu:
1st | Heirloom Tomato Salad- stracciatella cheese, plum, torn bread, spruce
2nd | Braised Artichokes- potato, lardo, chive
3rd | Roasted Zucchini- basil broth, fried garlic, olive oil
4th | Agnolotti- smoked pork, red currants, bitter greens, peas and rye
5th | Brioche Doughnuts- citrus sugar
This event ticket includes: a welcome cocktail, 2 wine pairings poured with the dinner, and the full 5-course tasting menu served at a communal table or chef's counter select seating.

Backyark Korean BBQ Class
Spice up your BBQ game with an introduction to Korean BBQ! Join us as Chef Michaelteaches students about a variety of marinades. Discover the ins and outs of making simple banchan (those delicious side dishes that are served alongside Korean bbq). This culinary experience will cover the different cuts of meat and allow students to grill their own foods on small tabletop grills.
Every student will leave with an informational booklet on Korean BBQ.
